So, on Friday October 11th, Marlin will be in the kitchen at the Potterspury House Restaurant, cooking up a delicious feast with support from our talented chefs, Nikki and Mark! It's from 6pm until 9pm.
"Book for only £35 per person. Tables are already filling up!"
With choices like Pepperpot Soup, Yam Bubble & Squeak, Escovitch Fish and even Sweet Potato Pudding, these dishes are prepared to order and are authentic, traditional recipes from Marlin's home town of St Anne's on the island of Jamaica.
All diners will get a free glass of Rum Punch on arrival and we'll be serving up Red Stripe beer (the favourite beer across the Caribbean!) and even home-made Ginger Beer, prepared to Marlin's own grandmother's recipe. It's truly going to be an evening of authentic Caribbean cooking.
